Deposits and Withdrawals

Important Note

If you have opened positions, you will not be able to withdraw your entire Available Balance. A minimum amount is needed to maintain a Maintenance Margin. Maximum withdrawal amount must be lower than the free margin

The fees for deposit or withdrawal are shared charges and depend upon selected amount, currency and transferring / receiving bank. Vstar will cover half of the fees applicable for deposits and withdrawals but intermediaries banks fees may also apply, which are out of our control. We do not accept any responsibility for such fees.
Processing times vary with payment channels and may change from time to time. You can get the latest news through the backend, or from your account manager or Vstar client service team.
Vstar does not accept any third-party deposits, and we reserve the right to close your account and collect all fees arising from the transfers and refunds if you purposely violate the payments rules.
If your deposit is successful, the funds will be added to your account so you can begin trading (it can take up to 5 bussiness days for the funds to be received in case of bank wire, the rest of the methods are instant).
Withdrawal requests via bank wire take up to five business days to process. We are not responsible for any delays beyond our control, due to instructions received from you for the use of third-party withdrawal payment methods (i.e. credit card company, the wiring bank or intermediary banks) or wrong details provided for the transfer.
Once your request is complete, the information is forwarded to us for processing. You will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal request.
Your withdrawal shall be processed via the same method that the deposit was made (I.E credit card, bank wire). Other deposits made by e-wallet or profits will be returned as a bank transfer (minimum amount for bank wire is $150)
